The location of the hotel was excellent, close to attractions such as the castle, the bridge, and the Lennon Wall. The service provided by the staff was delightful, especially the concierge who gave me great advice. The reception desk team was extremely friendly and professional. The restaurant staff, especially a young lady I encountered, was quick and efficient. The parking facility was safe and easily accessible, with large slots. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of powerful lights. it was a peaceful and quiet place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located in a tranquil area close to the Charles Bridge. The room was clean and modern, with refreshing daily fruit provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant offered delicious dinner options. The spa, though quaint, provided top-notch service, especially with their Thai massage and mani/pedi treatments.

Housekeeping could use some improvement, as there were some oversights with restocking toiletries and tissue boxes in the room.

Thanks for this amazing stay! We had an incredible time at Mandarin Oriental. The staff, especially concierges Pavel and Vaclav, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The facilities were luxurious and immaculate, with a comfortable king size bed and a spacious tub that were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room size was wonderful, with modern fixtures and attentive service. The food was also excellent, with a surprisingly delicious Pad Thai. Big thanks to Michaela, Momo, and Lea for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

Very nice historic hotel with 14th century monastery charm. High ceilings, thick walls, and even a secret underground passageway. Peaceful retreat from the busy streets. Parquet floors and massive bathrooms add to the beautiful decor. Enjoy a spa treatment in the old chapel with original excavated building showcased. The reserved yet helpful service provided by every employee. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique stay.

The comfortable room was a pleasant surprise, with a spacious bathroom, made my stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my Easter trip nice.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. The breakfast experience was disappointing, as there were issues with the kitchen on two consecutive mornings.

The hotel facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the location in the area where a lot of the embassies are located was a major plus. It provided a sense of security and a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being very close to Old Town and still close to the main attractions made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel's breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious variety of options.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, where I enjoyed a massage and body scrub with high-quality products. the steam room provided a relaxing experience with unique decor, and the garden area was a peaceful oasis. the restaurant offered an exquisite selection of dishes that were beautifully presented, and the in-room breakfast was served promptly with fresh ingredients. the bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to unwind in the evening, where I indulged in a delicious cocktail.

The only minor issue I found was that the treatment room was a bit small, which made it difficult for the therapist to move around. the therapist made up for this by providing an exceptional quality service, which was more important to me.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Prague. The room was not extraordinary, but it was decent for the price. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area with easy access to everything. The highlight was definitely the staff - they were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs, like getting diapers for the baby and arranging extra luggage cartons. A special shoutout to Pavel, the wonderful concierge, who always made excellent restaurant recommendations and organized our activities perfectly. it was an amazing stay thanks to the excellent staff.

The room decor was a bit outdated. There was no lobby or seating area in the hotel, difficult to socialize or relax outside of the room.
